Public Cloud

Thanks to the easy-to-use management control panel and the use control of the studio, we can create a friendly collaborative environment that allows us to get access to virtual high graphics performance workstations with on-demand specifications, low latency, and multi-site. It allows us to control the access to software licenses and to high-speed, secure, centralized and accessible storage, as well as to have dedicated/shared render farms available with free data transfer among different data centers.

Hybrid Cloud

SimpleCloud’s Hybrid solution meets the needs of companies that already have their own infrastructure but need to extend it to the cloud to give access to workers who have geographically relocated or are continuous movement, maintaining the security of their data. SimpleCloud has developed a solution which performs a continuous synchronization between the local storage and those located in the Simple’s cloud, offering workers both from within the traditional office, as well as those who are accessing the Simple’s cloud remotely, the ability to collaborate working with state-of-the-art equipment adapted to their needs at any time and connected by a high-speed LAN.

Hybrid cloud

SimpleCloud enables you to have the best-suited machine for a specific tasks as needed. In just a minute, you can change from a standard workstation to a high-performance workstation with graphic capabilities, that gives you the resources required, while controlling the cost of your infrastructure.

Storage is a critical part of infrastructure. It can often be difficult to correctly size its capacity, connectivity and redundancy requirements for an intensive use and avoid bottlenecks that hinder a team’s work. However, in SimpleCloud you have the systems architecture of an IBM data center at your disposal and pay only for the space you need, expandable at any time based on the project needs.

Thanks to SimpleCloud’s permission management model, it’s possible to limit the access of a collaborator exclusively to the data or project information relevant to that specific individual’s task. You ensure the full security of your intellectual properties, assets, and tools, by limiting the ability to download files. All content is directly developed in your own company storage and nothing stays on local machines.

SimpleCloud supplies a license server for each studio where you can upload your own licenses or connect to your local license server. This way you will be sure that all your collaborators comply with the legal requirements corresponding to the use of software.

SimpleCloud enables you to onboard nearly any commercial software in any version to comply with your practice and needs (this includes software such as Autodesk, Adobe, Bentley and many others …). Additionally, SimpleCloud can integrate your own tools, assets or and their customized versions so that your teams and partners can use them from remote locations in a fully secure way.

In SimpleCloud it is no longer necessary to complicate your collaborative way of working when you are not in a local network, since the workstations on which the designers are working on are located in the same LAN with high availability access to the projects. You´ll be able to work, share and synchronize your projects in the most streamlined way, without waits or uncoordinated models, thus greatly facilitating the coordination of work teams on the same model.

Each company has its own way of working and collaborating and its unique organization processes or workflows.

provides you with a very flexible and intuitive workflow tool and framework to design or replicate your ideal process and make your team collaborate in a seamless way. You will find a set of disciplines that can be connected with others, with elements of controls handled by the project or studio owner.

Workflow development API
You can extend SimpleCloud’s tools, create new ones, design new processes and components for different disciplines to match your preferred way of working. This will allow your team to focus on designing the processes for each department rapidly and flexibly, and not creating them from scratch.
