During September 17-19, Simple AEC&M was presented at REBUILD 2019, National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0. A space to discover new materials, the latest emerging technologies and the most innovative construction systems.

Our booth, located in Hall 8 of IFEMA, was visited by great professionals from the BIM sector, architecture and construction such us David Barco, Architect Technologist BIM Coach and author of the books “Diario de un BIM Manager: Guía para implementar y gestionar proyectos BIM”, BIM Influencer No. 1 Spanish-speaking (https://qbimgest.blogspot.com/p/bim-library-podcast.html), that showed great interest during the demo that was carried out on Simple AEC & M, seeing not only a clear opportunity for the implementation of the platform in the educational sector of the BIM but also in any architecture studio or company in the construction sector with collaborative work needs in the cloud Safely and fast management.

On the other hand, we were visited by large companies such as Canal Isabel II, Engie, Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda, Tecnalia, ITeC, Leica, etc. Attending demonstrations of how a Revit project can be shared and managed from different geographical locations around the world in a virtual machine in a cloud-based environment with graphic and storage capacities.

On the last day of the congress, Fernando Viñuales, COO of Summus Render, developer and owner of the Simple Cloud platforms, offered a presentation under the title “Simple AEC&M and the future of digital architecture on the cloud”.
